Objective
Participants will learn that life is the gift of a loving God. They will understand and believe that we must never choose to directly cause or hasten death and that the unwarranted destruction of human life is never morally permissible. They will understand that each of us has the right to make decisions about our health care and to designate someone to make decisions on our behalf.
The framework for the program will be based on the Catholic Bishops of Pennsylvania Living Will and Health Care Power of Attorney What You Should Know About Advance Health Care Directives document.
