Advent Day of Prayer

Come share in the Advent spirit to prepare for Christmas! Day of Prayer will be held at the Diocesan Center on Saturday, December 7 from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. The theme for this day of prayer is “Going to the Well to Build Community”. How can we build relationships that bring people into the Church? The day of prayer will be led by author, counselor and member of Community Renewal Capital Area Intervention Core Team: Deacon Timothy E. Tilghman from the Archdiocese of Washington. The day includes music by the Diocesan Gospel Choir, Confessions, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, Holy Mass, light refreshments & lunch.
