Christmas Around the World

The Pastoral Juvenil Council (PJC) has been planning and coordinating an event for all youth in which we can celebrate the birth of Jesus and learn from each other’s cultural heritage. On Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. we will host Christmas Around the World at the Diocesan Center in Harrisburg. The goal of Christmas Around the World is to enrich our lives by fostering understanding and acceptance. The upcoming seasons are the perfect occasions to do this!
The day will consist of many fun Christmas-themed activities. We provide the hot chocolate bar and those joining us are asked to bring cookies/sweets to share – especially treats traditionally shared at home. There is no registration fee for this event. However, to prepare for the day, we ask our guests (especially parish groups) to RSVP with an estimate number of people who will be joining us – including all chaperones.
